Walnut, Fig & Date Healthy Shake

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
• 1/2 cup almond or soy milk
• 2 large dates (pitted)
• 2 tablespoons chopped California walnuts
• 1 tablespoon fig jam
• Fresh figs, honey and walnut pieces

Preparation:

• In a blender, puree yogurt, dates and milk until smooth.
• Pour small amounts into a tall glass, alternating with spoonful’s of fig jam.
• Add fresh figs, honey and walnut pieces, for garnish
